HALLO NACHBARN, wir wollen, dass sich alle Mieter in unseren Häusern wohlfühlen. Damit das auch gelingt, haben wir ein paar Regeln zusammengetragen: unsere Hausordnung für ein gutes Miteinander. Bitte halten Sie alle Regeln ein, damit Ihr Zuhause sauber und sicher bleibt. Sollten doch mal Probleme auftreten, dann sprechen Sie Ihre Nachbarn am besten direkt und freundlich an. Und: Natürlich sind wir auch immer für Sie da. HELLO NEIGHBOURS, We want all tenants to feel comfortable in our houses. To make sure that this is the case, we have compiled a few rules: our house rules to ensure a harmonious atmosphere for our tenants.We kindly ask that you observe all rules and regu- lations so that your home remains clean and safe.
